We try to keep a fairly large inventory at The Mandala Collection, however, upon occasion, our suppliers have difficulty getting our shipments to us on time. Redeeming a Gift Certificate: Redeeming a gift certificate is easy! Just follow these simple steps: Begin shopping and add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on shopping cart. Enter your gift certificate redemption code, exactly as it appears in your e-mail, in the designated box on the first page of checkout. Our Secure Shopping Cart System will figure the amount owed. If your order is more than the dollar value of your gift certificate, you will need to pay the difference using a credit card, check or money order. If the price of your order is less than your gift certificate amount, your account will be credited with the unused amount for future use. The Mandala Collection ships to the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO, and FPO.
We ship using the shipping services of the United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.
All in-stock merchandise is shipped as soon as possible, within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, Monday-Thursday. For items that are temporarily out of stock, please allow an additional 3-6 weeks delivery. Also, please note that some items are custom, made-to-order, and may require additional time.
